Luis is the Apostle of DESATAR Ministries, and most loved for being the Spiritual Father - “Poppa” - of DESATAR’s home location in Milwaukee, WI, where he serves as the Senior Pastor with his beloved wife, Pastor Francisca Vergara.
It is his desire to share the message of hope and faith to the lost, build up strong leaders, establish the Kingdom culture centered on Christ, and disciple believers into being vessels of honor for God’s glory.
